Value?
We set an indication of market value against the scrap value. The current scrap value is always the floor. We back up everything above it with evidence.

Safe?
We assess the nameplate, documentation, condition and the last fluid it carried. That tells us which safety clearance and inspections are needed. Without safety clearance, an asset goes no further.

Can it be reused?
Reuse needs documentation, proof of ownership, a clear material status and compliance with the regulations. The operator is not automatically the owner. We check that.

Which buyer?
We look for buyers and applications that fit the specification, quantity, location and timeframe. We only offer an asset once a specific buyer is in view.

Avoided emissions?
We give a CO₂ indication of the avoided emissions, calculated using the ISO 14067 methodology and net of transport and reconditioning. The indication is based on the data available and is not a verified figure.
Why start early?
Most value is lost before the sale.
When maintenance, modifications or decommissioning take place, assets that are often still technically usable become surplus. Even so, they go into storage or are sold at scrap value before anyone has looked at the reuse routes. We bring that value into view in time, so you can make a well-founded decision.

Ramon has 28 years of experience with industrial installations: oil and gas, onshore and offshore, North Sea wind farms and high voltage. He tests and commissions installations and checks that they can run safely. That is why he knows which information and checks are needed to assess reuse responsibly.
