Scan your asset, or tell us what you're looking for.

Working installations end up as scrap the moment nobody coordinates the reuse chain.

  • What it's worth A Value Ladder class from A to D with an indicative value range, and the scrap value as the floor.
  • Which reuse route fits Reuse as a working asset, reprocessing or material recovery, with the reason behind it.
  • How much CO₂ you avoid Avoided emissions, calculated using the ISO 14067 method, with a range that matches the quality of your data. Not externally verified.

Scan your asset

1 Step 1 of 5 The nameplate
Step 1 of 5: the nameplate

The plate with type, serial number and year of manufacture. If there's an order code or a QR code, make sure it's readable in the shot. That's what the analysis gets the most out of. Without a nameplate, the result stays an estimate.

  • A phone with a camera
  • Two minutes of your time
  • Your email address for the result
Where's the nameplate?

Usually a metal or sticker plate on the housing of the machine, on pumps and compressors often on the motor cover, on vessels and heat exchangers on the shell. On instruments the plate is usually on the sensor, not the transmitter. Photograph it straight on, so type, serial number and year of manufacture are readable.

Unreadable or missing? Send an overview photo instead. We'll extract what we can and ask you for the rest.

2 Step 2 of 5 Extra photos
Step 2 of 5: extra photos

They help us assess the condition, but they aren't required. The more the analysis sees, the less we have to assume.

Which photos does the analysis need?
  • Nameplate, always: type, serial number and design data.
  • Documentation if available: certificate, datasheet or inspection report.
  • Side views, so the asset is clearly visible. The final condition follows from inspection.
  • Details: flanges, connections, any damage or coating.
3 Step 3 of 5 Documentation
Step 3 of 5: documentation

It narrows the range of the result. Without paperwork, material certainty stays an estimate.

4 Step 4 of 5 The asset
Step 4 of 5: the asset

What it is and what went through it.

Which fluid was it last in service with? This is essential for the safety assessment, because safety clearance comes before any reuse route. Not sure? Choose unknown.

For example the tag number, current status (in service, preserved, stored outside), or visible damage and coating.

5 Step 5 of 5 Contact and consent
Step 5 of 5: contact and consent

Where the result goes.

You'll receive the confirmation and the link to your result here. The result follows within two working days (target).

Without the optional consent we use your photos solely for this analysis and its follow-up, and delete them no later than 12 months after your request is completed. We use your contact details only to handle and follow up your request. They don't become part of the asset database and aren't shared without your consent. Don't photograph identifiable people. Offering on behalf of an owner, for example as a contractor? As a first step, we confirm ownership and release for sale together with you.

What the result is, and isn't

The Quickscan, our free first assessment of one asset, is your entry point. Every follow-up step delivers a standalone, usable product: a file assessed by a specialist, a documented choice of reuse route, or a CO₂ indication that is not externally verified, even if you don't sell through us. Our success fee applies only to realised value above scrap value.

All amounts are indicative, not a valuation, and exclude handling, transport and storage. The scrap value follows daily metal exchange and scrap index rates and is a daily indication. Scan results are for internal use only. External reporting or publication requires a report verified by an independent party. Axeon Prime does not provide that.
