How we work
You trust us with photos of your installation. Below, in plain language, is what happens with them, what the AI does, who releases the outcome, and what stays in your control.
1 What happens to your photos and data
Your photos and documents are kept in secure storage. They have no public URL, so nobody can reach them by guessing an address or forwarding a link. Within Axeon Prime, they're opened through a link that expires shortly after.
Only our admin team sees your request. Other users of the site don't see your scan, and your scan only enters the shared asset database if you give separate consent for that.
On the site we only use functional cookies, the cookies needed to make the pages and login work.
2 What the AI does, and what it doesn't
We use AI in the analysis. Claude by Anthropic looks at your photos, reads nameplates and characteristics, and searches publicly available datasheets for additional technical data.
The AI advises, a specialist decides. Every outcome is checked and released by one of our specialists before you receive it. Without that human release, nothing goes out.
3 How the outcome reaches you
The target turnaround for the checked outcome is twee werkdagen.
The outcome is never in the email. You get a message saying something is ready for you, with a secure login link. That link takes you to your own environment where you read the outcome.
4 Your choices and rights
We ask for inclusion in the shared asset database separately. That consent is independent of your request. You can withdraw it at any time; we then delete the record and the associated files.
If you want your account deleted, you can request that. A staff member handles the request and confirms it to you.
What we record and why is in the privacy notice. The terms around the quickscan are in the terms of use.
