Terms of the matching platform
Version 2, 2 November 2026. We send earlier versions on request. This is a translation. If the Dutch and English versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
Not an offer
Nothing on the matching platform is an offer that you can accept. The platform invites you to request a sales file, email a bid or post a request. An asset may be sold or withdrawn at any time.
Who sells
The seller is the owner of the asset. The owner’s name is in the sales file. Axeon Prime coordinates the sale on the owner’s instructions and is not a party to the sales agreement. We cannot accept a bid or sign for the owner. This page only shows assets whose sale we coordinate on the owner’s instructions.
Who it is for
The matching platform is intended for businesses: buyers and owners of equipment. We only send a sales file to companies.
Requests
We only show a request on the platform if you agree to this in your email. We then show a description, up to three specifications, the region and when you need the equipment. We never show your company name, your contact details or a budget. If an owner comes forward with suitable equipment, we will contact you. We only pass on your details if you agree. You can ask us to remove a request at any time at info@axeonprime.com.
The sales file
The sales file contains the technical details from the asset passport, the documents and the arrangements for viewing and collection. You receive it after a brief check on your company and once you have signed a buyer declaration, usually within two working days. To request it, send us the asset number, your company name, your company registration or VAT number and a contact person.
The buyer declaration covers confidentiality and your undertaking to conclude any contract for this asset with the owner only through us. If the owner requires their own non-disclosure agreement (NDA), you sign that as well.
What is not on the page
The page does not show the owner’s name, the town or site, serial numbers or amounts, unless the owner wishes otherwise. These details are in the sales file.
Emailing a bid
You email your bid to info@axeonprime.com, in euros excluding VAT. Quote the asset number and what your bid covers. You may attach conditions to your bid, for example that the asset passes an inspection. We confirm your bid by email, treat it confidentially and pass it on to the owner. The owner is free to take a bid forward or to decline it. We let you know what the owner decides.
Your bid is a proposal. It only binds you and the owner when you sign the sales agreement.
Sales agreement
A sale is only concluded when you and the owner sign a written sales agreement. If the page, the sales file and the sales agreement differ, the sales agreement prevails. The sales file prevails over the page.
Details and condition of the asset
Every detail about the asset shows its source and a label that indicates how reliable it is. Arrangements with the owner, such as the type of price and collection, only show a source. Confirmed means that we have seen the source, not that the asset is still like that today.
The details on the page and in the sales file are not a warranty. We are not liable to you for incorrect or incomplete details that come from the owner or from third-party documents. For our own errors, the limitation in the buyer declaration applies. This does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
The asset is sold in its present condition, unless the sales agreement provides otherwise. The buyer assesses whether the equipment is suitable for the intended use and arranges any inspection.
Payment, safety and collection
You pay the purchase price to the owner. As a buyer, you pay us no fee and no buyer’s premium. You collect the asset after the owner has received payment, within the collection period. That period runs from the signing of the sales agreement. If you do not collect on time, the sales agreement sets out the consequences, such as storage costs and who bears the risk.
Viewing, dismantling and collection follow the safety rules of the site: site induction, permit to work and safety clearance by the owner. The owner may refuse a contractor. What this means for each asset is in the sales file. Dismantling, transport, inspection and VAT are at your expense, unless the sales file or the sales agreement states otherwise.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. A new version gets a new number and a date. The version stated in your buyer declaration applies to you. These terms and the buyer declaration are governed by Dutch law.
Personal data
Axeon Prime B.V. is the controller of the personal data described here. We use your company details and the name and email address of your contact person to check your company, send you the sales file, pass on your bid, respond to your request and, with your agreement, show it without your company name. We pass your company name and your bid on to the owner of the asset. We keep the data no longer than needed for these purposes. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at info@axeonprime.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
More about this is in our privacy notice.
