How to buy an asset
Everything is handled by email, through us. The owner decides and you pay us nothing.
- Request the sales fileEmail us the asset number. After a brief check on your company and once you have signed a buyer declaration, you receive the file.
- ViewingBy appointment, following the safety rules of the site.
- Email your bidEmail your bid with the asset number, in euros excluding VAT. Your bid is a proposal to the owner.
- The owner decidesWe let you know what the owner decides. We cannot accept a bid ourselves.
- Sales agreementThe sale is only concluded when you and the owner sign the sales agreement.
- Payment and collectionYou pay the owner and collect the asset within the collection period.

The asset passport shows what is known, where that information comes from and what still has to be checked. What we do not know yet is labelled ‘to be checked’ or ‘not available’.
